Disclosure: Many thanks to Kozy Shack for sponsoring today’s discussion and introducing their delicious pudding into our afternoon snack routine!
One thing I’m learning as a mom of two, soon to be three kids, is that things run smoother if the kids have full bellies. I’m probably the crankiest one of all if I’ve gone too long without eating. My husband’s favorite line to me is “have a cracker!”
And since snacks, especially healthy ones, are a huge part of day, I’m always on the lookout for new ideas that each one of us can enjoy. Nothing slows me down more than making separate meals and packing an assortment of food for everyone in the family. I’m so glad that my two kids eat the same things at this point, it makes dinners and going out so much easier!
When it comes to ingredients for snacks and food, my philosophy is “If you can’t read it, don’t eat it.” That’s why I’m loving what’s inside Kozy Shack puddings.
They have a lot of flavors, but we’ve tried their rice pudding, tapioca pudding and chocolate pudding.
All three puddings are made with wholesome ingredients, including real milk and no artificial preservatives or hydrogenated oils. All three are also a good source of calcium. Kozy Shack® Puddings are gluten free too!
I remember as a kid my Nana would serve us pudding or other fancy snacks in champagne glasses. We loved it, we felt so decadent and important. I don’t have champagne glasses fit for kids, but I do have fun ice cream sundae dishes. Serving pudding in these dishes jazzed this snack right up!
My favorite way to eat the chocolate pudding has been with sliced strawberries on top. The kids eat theirs plain, but there is nothing plain about this pudding, I assure you. You should hear the things my husband says while he eats it.
Here are some of the gems he’s been yelling out. “I wish I could make pudding this good!” “Other puddings taste like the container.” “I can’t stop eating it!”
With simple toppings and mix-ins, you can enjoy pudding exactly the way you like it!

I tweeted, an d I eat my pudding plain. I don’t want to mess up those perfect textures!
I love to make a parfait, where I take one flavor and then use graham cracker crumbs then put a layer of a different flavor pudding and of course some whipped cream and a cherry or fruit.
Tapioca is my favorite, right out of the tub! Nettie
