Summer and snacks go hand-in-hand in my house. Maybe it’s the fresh air or the fact that the kids are running around all day, but I know my crew is always hungry.
A seasonal favorite that my munchkins have just gotten in to is s’mores. While I love these sandwich snacks, I don’t love the method of making them.
I have small kids so I don’t want them around a campfire with hot pokers.
The next best thing is to make s’mores on the grill. It’s also a great way to make a bunch of s’mores when you’re entertaining a crowd.
- Graham Crackers
- Chocolate Candy Bars
- Marshmallows
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Center s'mores individually on each aluminum foil.
- Fold up as you would wrap a sandwich.
- Grill 4 to 5 minutes in covered grill.
