Anyone who has a child in diapers knows how expensive it can get, especially when you have more than one child in them. I recently had the chance to try baby diapers from Dollar General and they are literally half the price of major brands out there.
I worried that since they were SO affordable they wouldn’t quite do the job, but they did. Chloé wore them for a week, day and night, and we only had one slight leak.
It was an overnight leak that I feel could have happened with any diaper. She was by no means soaked and her clothes weren’t ruined. They were just slightly damp in one area. She’s older now so she drinks more, therefore fills up the diaper to capacity, especially overnight. I’ll also add that my little toddler is constantly on the move, and these diapers work great for an active little one!
These diapers were as soft as other competing brands I’ve tried. They’re cute too, they have little animals on the front tab with the size printed on every number. We sampled the size 4 DG Baby Diaper.
While there aren’t any Dollar General’s in Rhode Island, you can purchase the diapers online. Hooray for the internet!
