My daughter is now 23-months old and we have three strollers all for her. Yes, crazy I know! However, I can’t be the only mom out there who keeps trying things until they get it right, so here I am test driving another.
The three strollers I have are all very different, and worked for awhile until Chloé’s needs changed. We have a travel system that matches the car seat, and we have a lovely (expensive) umbrella stroller that so far has come everywhere with us. Florida, New York, art festivals and numerous shopping trips.
Britax, one of my favorite baby brands, recently sent me the B-AGILE Stroller to review and let’s just say this one is different from what I’m used to.
Not only is it sleeker and less bulky, but it’s full of features that any mom of a small child would enjoy.
I was super excited to give this a test spin, and for the past week it’s all we’ve been using, and my daughter really enjoys riding in it. Maybe she enjoys all of the features like mommy does?
Top 10 things I love about the B-Agile Stroller
1. One-hand, quick fold. This is an amazing feature because of course busy moms have their baby in one arm, and try to do everything else with the other. This makes total sense and is a HUGE help! With a quick pull of the handle in the middle of the seat and push of a button, the stroller folds quickly.
2. Lightweight frame. Again, when carrying an infant, you definitely don’t want to be lugging a super heavy stroller at the same time. To me, it’s a recipe for disaster or pulling your back out. The B-AGILE weighs 16.5 pounds total weight. Score!
3. Large canopy. I have a sun shade that I use on my umbrella stroller because the canopy is not large enough to cover my little munchkin. Not the case here. The B-AGILE canopy extends far enough to shade baby. The canopy also has a mesh ventilation window that can be open or closed. A nice touch to be able to peek in on your child to see how they’re doing.
4. Suitable for children from birth up to 55 lbs. My daughter is 23 months old and so far she is loving the stroller. But, I’m happy that she can not only use this for years to come, but it can also be used for infants. You’ll never know what the stork is gonna bring! Thanks to the adjustable head rest, all of your children will fit well in the B-AGILE.
5. Smooth ride. The three-wheel design really makes for a smooth ride. Steering is easy with one-hand, and it just glides pretty much anywhere you want to go. We’re not climbing mountains, but parks, neighborhood walks and shopping has been a breeze.
6. Infinite seat recline positions. The seat is completely adjustable using the strap behind the seat. As a parent, you decide the incline.
7. Car seat compatible. When used with Britax infant car seat adapter (sold separately) the stroller is compatible with most infant car seat brands, including Peg Perego, Chicco and Graco.
8. Five-point harness. Britax is a company known for safety, and this product is no different than the Marathon 70 Convertible car seat I have in my car. My little munchkin is tucked in nicely with no way of getting out of the B-Agile. The five-point harness is adjustable, and includes a head pad with reflective binding.
9. Under seat storage. Not only does this lightweight stroller have under seat storage for my diaper bag and anything else that will fit, the B-AGILE also comes with an additional pocket with zipper. The pocket fits nicely under the handlebar and can be removed easily.
10. Solid structure. Even when the under seat storage was full of baby goodies, it was still really easy to push. The frame is solid and definitely not flimsy like some other smaller strollers. The cushy, one-piece handlebar also provided a huge help in navigation.
