What they say is true. It gets harder to lose baby weight the more children you have. I had my third baby 14 weeks ago and I’m already comparing my current post-baby weight with numbers from my two other pregnancies.
It’s International Babywearing Week, let’s celebrate!
I didn’t really understand the importance or ease of babywearing with my first child. But, when I had my second, it was the only way to stop him from crying during his colicky moments. It also made cooking or playing with my then 2-year-old a lot easier.

{Recipe} Tri-Apple Pie
Let’s ring in this new season with my tasty Tri-Apple Pie. My husband and I took the kids apple picking yesterday so, of course, this was the first thing I made with all 8 pounds of apples! I’ve been making this particular pie for 11 years and have finally gotten around to sharing the recipe.

{Giveaway} A dry baby makes for a happy baby…and family!
Since my son’s body stays nice and dry through the night, he wakes up happy and ready to face the day. He’s a bit impatient waiting to get out of his crib but I’m sure he’s thrilled to not be soaked right down to the sheets. And I’m happy to not wake up to the sounds of a screaming toddler. Everybody wins! Hooray!
‘Curious’ kids enjoy Edaville and Dino Land
We’ve been to Edaville twice now, once to see Thomas the Tank Engine and now to meet Curious George. I think the kids enjoyed this time the best so far because we also had the chance to check out Dino Land.
{Review} Lansinoh products offer comfort and efficiency
Without writing too much about breastfeeding, let me just say, if you decide it’s the right thing for you and your baby, then you know how much work it is. It’s wonderful and challenging all at the same time.
