Get Rid of Yucky Germs with EverydayHappy Cleaning Products

November 24, 2015 By Courtney

Maybe it’s me, but I feel like I clean more in the winter. It could be because I’m constantly trying to shoo away germs. Or my kids are spending more time inside and are making a mess of the house!?

My littlest guy puts his mouth on everything. Mirrors, toilet seats (gross, I know!), the floor and of course, anything he can reach.

It’s really tough to keep up.

But, because my one-year-old likes to get up close and personal with everything, I don’t keep any cleaning products in the home that have chemicals in them. Not only do I not want my kids ingesting the toxins, but I don’t want them to inhale them or be around them. Cleaner air is better for all of us.

A company I recently wrote about, EverydayHappy, just came out with household cleaners. Not only are they affordable, but they are American-made, plant-based, biodegradable, vegan and cruelty-free.

EverydayHappy is a monthly subscription service that was created by a group of moms and dads. Each  EverydayHappy product is natural and free of carcinogenic materials.

The all-purpose cleaner uses the power of natural orange oil to help clean the dirt and grime on highchairs, toys, walls, countertops and more.

According to the company, this bottle replaces 20 conventional cleaners in your home! Imagine only needing two bottles of cleaning products in your cabinet? Seems pretty genius, no?

The specially formulated All-Glass Cleaner uses natural papaya enzymes to fight streaks and keep the air your family breathes clean. Pet dander, pollen and mold don’t stand a chance with this cleaner!

My playroom hasn’t smelled this good, in well, ever. Their power sponge has come in handy on my kids’ craft table, too. By the end of each day, their table looks exhausted. From the markers, the spilled drinks to Play-Doh residue.

EverydayHappy’s water-activated, formaldehyde-free Power Sponge puts all the elbow grease in cleaning for you. And all proceeds from the sale of the Power Sponge will be donated to UNICEF to help children in need.

EverydayHappy is all about doing great things. Their community manager, Elle, just did an interview about what it’s like balancing motherhood, working at a startup and training for the NYC Marathon. A great read if you have a few minutes. ? You can see the article here.

Personally, $4.95 a bottle is super competitive and a bargain when it comes to your family’s health and using a product that actually works.

While I wish I could say I’m excited about cleaning, I can at least say I’m ‘happy’ with the result!
