The Polar Express is by far my favorite Christmas book to read. I love the movie, but my memories lie with reading the book.
Just the other day I gave my four-year old daughter my copy of the book. It’s really special as it’s been signed by Chris Van Allsburg! I stood in line at Borders Books forever in Providence to have him sign it. Ahh, bookstores. Remember them?
This weekend, for the first time, my family and will get to experience The Polar Express train ride. We are so excited and cannot wait to welcome the Christmas season with this experience!
The Polar Express is returning to Edaville USA from November 21 – December 30.
About the ride:
Take a magical train ride to the North Pole on board an authentic steam engine. Ride the Polar Express as it makes its way through the forest to reach Santa Claus. Kids come dressed in their pajamas, listen to this classic story, and get hot chocolate and cookies served by the famous singing chefs. This is a one of a kind live experience that brings this exciting children’s book to life.
Be sure to check out the below calendar for available dates.

Reservations are required.
All rides and attractions are included in general park admission, so guests will be able to enjoy unlimited use of all park amusements. General admission will be $38, with free entrance to guests under the age of 2. Tickets can be purchased online by visiting www.edaville.com or at the park entrance.
Disclosure: My family and I have received annual passes in exchange for this post and future Edaville USA posts for the year 2014. All opinions are my own and Edaville USA did not tell me what to say.
