Being pregnant I don’t feel any different food-wise than I do when I’m not pregnant. I’ve always been a gourmand…I love to cook, I love to eat and I love to think about what I’m going to eat long before it happens.
But, I will say this, if I get an hankering to eat something lately I do have to cook it immediately. And so it goes with this recipe I found on Pinterest.
I was craving Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread and wanted it all day at work, so I went to the grocery store on my lunch break, bought everything I needed and voila! By the afternoon I made two mini loaves and one big loaf of Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread. Not bad, huh?
