No matter the holiday, it’s never to early for me to get into the spirit. The inner school girl in me misses doing holiday related crafts and I couldn’t wait to do one with Chloé.
She’s only two, but she loves to color and I’ve found the perfect, first holiday craft for her.
Thanks to Pinterest, I was able to locate this craft in seconds. It was created by Alanna George of The Craft Nest, and she actually has a bunch of other great toddler crafts I’m looking to try in the coming days.
Her free download includes outlines of all the turkey parts. All you have to do is glue cut-out and colored pieces on to the toilet paper tube. It’s that easy!

If you have more than one child, I think having multiple turkeys would make for a great Thanksgiving centerpiece. We have ours on our fireplace mantle. So cute!

Oh my gosh, I love it! Yay, Chloe! I remember making Thanksgiving crafts in pre-school… for some reason those Thanksgiving crafts always stick out in my mind.

Older kids will definitely enjoy it because they can do the cutting and gluing themselves. 🙂 Chloé helped paste like one feather. haha but she did color everything herself.

What a cute craft! I’m so trying this with my daughter! She may be older, 8 yrs., but thankfully, she still likes doing crafts with her mom. 🙂
